Chen Shuzhong, secretary and director of Changsha Convention and Exhibition Office, announced the opening ceremony of the central cultural and creative exhibition industry base. It is understood that the total investment of the project is expected to be 500 million yuan, which is the first exhibition industry service gathering area in China. It will focus on building exhibition industry construction service area, material processing supporting service area, industrial design center and Exhibition derivative industry area.
"The formal settlement of the central cultural and creative exhibition industry base is a milestone in the development of Hunan exhibition economy." Chen Shuzhong said that with the gradual construction of the high-speed railway exhibition new city and the rapid development of the exhibition industry, the comprehensive competitiveness of Changsha City's exhibition ranked first in China for three consecutive years. The exhibition economy has initially achieved the development goal of "central exhibition highland", and is developing in a leap forward manner towards "National Exhibition City".
Ding Yinke, executive vice president of Changsha Exhibition Service Industry Association and chairman of Hunan Juzhan Project Management Co., Ltd., disclosed that the central cultural and creative exhibition industry base is constructed in two phases, with the first phase of development covering an area of 180 mu.
